I ordered my usual size 44/45 but for some reason the front section is too tight .
I will have to look for a better fit but 46 and up can be too long.

Love the quality and feel of these boots however they are a very loose fit around the ankle and higher ankle area causing the boots to not feel tight and and my ankles to slip up everytime i take a step, i even downsized to see if it would change anything however it did not.

Hi Mark, We have a very generous 30 day Exchange/Refund policy so providing the boots have not been worn you can return them. I see you have tried to exchange for a size down, it may be the style is not right for you. The Ankle boot has a little more room around the foot than the regular Classic range. We bought Ugg boots from Australian Ugg Boots about 7 years ago. We still wear them but we thought it was time to treat ourselves to new pairs… still a great product and very well made.
