Return Policy Classic & Crystallized Range

We will provide a new item if you return the goods (not worn or damaged) for any items that were received damaged or not as ordered within 30 days of receipt.
In relevant cases, we reserve the right to determine whether we would replace the item or repair it.

We reserve the right to request a photo in order for us to evaluate the product condition first. Please choose the size carefully by using our Barefoot Measurements as a guide. This method will provide the suitable size for you. Assuming you wear a standard size, claims of trying other brands in a store or already owning a certain size does not constitute for a wrong size being sent. If you are not sure contact us.

It is in the discretion of Australian Ugg Boots Pty Ltd to refund less any freight charges for returns outside of this policy.

* Receipt of goods with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel does not constitute "not as ordered" please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries. In all cases you must consult with us before sending the items back. Should you send the items back to us without prior contact and authorization, they will not be accepted and you will be subjected to shipping costs to have them sent back to you.

Cancellation Crystallized Range

  1. As our crystallized range is made to order, we do not accept any cancellations for a non faulty item.
  2. Cancellation requests received no later than 3 hours from submitting the order, and if not shipped or transferred to our delivery depot, may be considered; however, 15% cancellation fees will apply. Kindly note, whilst we make every attempt to assist our customers in canceling an order, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are committed to purchasing their order before they press the submit button and that all information is correct at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed or stated, we cannot guarantee a cancellation can be made to an order even prior to it being transferred to our delivery depot or dispatched. Please check all details PRIOR to your purchase to avoid any errors.
  3. Our no cancellation policy is applicable to our crystallized items only.

Changes Crystallized Range

  1. As our crystallized range is made to order, we do not accept any changes to orders submitted with us.
  2. Swarovski® crystals warranty

We provide warranty that the Swarovski® crystals applied to our boots will remain fastened to the boot under normal and reasonable use of the footwear. Due to the fact that our designs consists of thousands of crystal elements, in the unlikely event that a Swarovski® crystal may become detached from a boot, you will be asked to demonstrate with a photo that the missing crystal effects the overall look of the design. We will then provide you with a free repair kit and the required Swarovski® crystals together with detailed instructions from our Swarovski® experts of how to apply the detached and/or missing crystals. If you would prefer our experts to repair them, we would be happy to do that at no charge, however all shipping costs would be the responsibility of the buyer.

This warranty is provided for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase and applied for the Crystals only. It is important you are aware that in the event that one or more of the Swarovski® crystals become detached / lost, the boot will not be replaced, but rather, repaired. The occurrence that one or more of the Swarovski® crystals may become detached from a boot, does not in itself, deem the item as faulty.
