Shipping & Return Policy


Return Policy

We will provide a new or repaired item if you return the goods (not worn or damaged) for any items that were received damaged or not as ordered within 30 days of receipt. Please choose the size carefully by using our Barefoot Measurements as a guide. This method will provide the suitable size for you. Assuming you wear a standard size, claims of trying other brands in a store or already owning a certain size does not constitute for a wrong size being sent. Natural marks in sheepskin which may rarely occur and be present are not considered to be faulty items and will not be replaced or exchanged. Loose wool or loose "fluff" may be present for the first few days of your boots, however this will subside with wear after a few days. This does not represent a faulty pair of boots or a sub quality pair of boots. Buttons which become loose or in the unlikely event fall off are not considered to be a manufacturing fault and subsequently the boots will in no case be replaced or exchanged. We will at all times advise you of the process which you should take to overcome any problems which you may be experience. If you are not sure Contact Us.

It is in the discretion of J & V Collections Pty Ltd to refund less any freight charges for returns outside of this policy. For returning a parcel outside of this policy, please refer to our cancellation policy.

* Receipt of goods with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel does not constitute "not as ordered" please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries.

In all cases you must consult with us before sending the items back. Should you send the items back to us without prior contact and authorization, they will not be accepted and you will be subjected to shipping costs to have them sent back to you.

Cancellation

You should contact us immediately at changes@australianuggboots.com.au should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through our Website.

  1. Immediate cancellation will be subjected to 15% cancellation fees. (up to 10 hours if not shipped or transferred to our delivery depot)
  2. If your order has been processed or is currently being processed a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
  3. If your order has been shipped or transferred to our delivery depot and you wish to cancel or return it upon receipt, you will be required to ship the items back unopened and 30% cancellation fees will apply, shipping costs are non refundable. You must contact us to receive Return Authorisation form.
  4. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed, refused or return to sender will be cancelled. A 30% cancellation fee will apply and shipping costs are non refundable. Shipping costs to return your parcel at the rate of your original shipping costs will also apply. It is in our sole discretion to instruct our delivery partners to return parcels which are unclaimed/refused back to our premises in Melbourne, Australia. In the event that we deem it necessary to not have your parcel returned from overseas you will not be entitled to a refund.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any given time and for any reason, without the prior consent of the buyer, should we find this necessary.
  6. Refunds are issued only to the credit card used at the time of purchase, and in no other way.

Changes

Please email changes@australianuggboots.com.au quoting your order reference number and changes required. (Kindly note, whilst we make every attempt to assist our customers in changing or cancelling an order, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are committed to purchasing their order before they press the submit button and that all information is correct at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed or stated, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation can be made to an order, prior to it being transferred to our delivery depot or dispatched. Please check all details PRIOR to your purchase to avoid any errors or unwanted orders)

Exchanges


We will accept exchanges for a different size or color however all shipping costs are under the responsibility of the buyer. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refused. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied. You will need to submit a new order for the desired new pair.

Upon inspection and satisfaction of returned items, a refund will be issued for your original pair (please note that shipping cost are non refundable).

Exchanges during peak season may delay through processing time.

Exchanges for items purchased on special sales. (eg Boxing Day, New Year Sale etc)

If the replacement pair is not offered at the reduced price the original pair was purchased, the buyer will need to pay the cost difference for the replacement pair.

Import Taxes

Items sent outside of Australia, may be subjected to import taxes such as Custom, VAT, custom processing fees and courier release fees. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any customs, import tax, duties and other charges which are applicable in your country. We will not accept claims as such and will not be responsible for these costs. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. If not sure, Please contact your local customs or postal authorities prior to your purchase.

Shipping

We ship world wide. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

All sheepskin boots shipped to the United States of America are shipped exclusively with our Ozitude label.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense and we will not be responsible for lost parcels. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any customs, import tax, duties and other charges which are applicable in your country. We will not accept claims as such and will not be responsible for these costs. Please contact your local customs or postal authorities prior to your purchase.

We have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery either through post or processing time does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after shipment of products has taken place. The only traceable method of shipping is express. Regular mail is not traceable therefore claims of parcels lost in transit fall in the responsibility of the buyer. Should you wish to insure your parcel please contact us so we may arrange this and provide you with a cost. In claims of lost parcels shipped with Regular mail, we will lodge an official investigation. In order to prevent any fraudulent claims, the buyer will provide us with documentations needed for the investigation. Our delivery partners do not declare parcels as lost earier than 30 days of shipping.
