We ship to all countries.

This website is the export center of our products and we ship our product to 76 countries worldwide.

Do you sell in quantities at wholesale prices?

Yes. We sell in quantities and at wholesale prices to shops and retailers all round the world. We have also helped many customers with starting their own businesses, selling our products. We will provide you with all of our experience and service to make it a safe and easy process. Please contact us for more information.


How do I order and pay and what are my alternate payment options?

We Accept major credit cards - Visa and Master card via our Secure Online Transaction System. If you prefer to pay via Paypal, please contact us and we will issue you with a Paypal invoice that you can use to arrange payment. Despite our preferences, you may prefer to contact us via telephone to make a payment. We provide facilities for credit card payments over the telephone should you prefer not to submit your information via our secure website or should you prefer to receive a quote for multiple orders.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated upon checkout. To place an order please:

When ready to finalize an order, you will be asked to please:

  • Choose your Shipping options and location
  • Provide us with your details
  • Arrange payment

All of the above will occur automatically, you just need to follow the instructions step by step.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please keep it until you receive your order.


How long does my order take to arrive?

Depending on your choice of shipping method, we normally ship by air mail from Australia, it usually takes Approx. 7-10 business days from time of shipment to arrival. Should you choose Courier Express your order should take Approx. 2-5 business days (tracking number is provided). We normally ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Combined orders might take longer.

Process time for orders might be delayed at peak season time. We are currently working at full capacity to make sure your order will be delivered within the time frame given. Peak season is October - April, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Most items are available for dispatch in our usual time frame, however, due to massive demand of our products some items are not available for immediate dispatch and therefore will take longer to process. To check availability please email us.

Are they waterproof when I receive them?

With our Ugg Care products, your Ugg boots will become waterproof. All it takes is a simple spray! Our Aquafleece products are waterproof and no other treatment is necessary.

What size do I put on the order?

In order to get the best result in size we wish to emphasize that using your barefoot measurement in accordance with the size chart will ensure the best size choice. Please do not assume your normal foot size will be the equivalent to our size. For example: If you are normally a size UK 5 however measure 24cm in barefoot length you will require a size UK 6. Please refer to our Colour and Sizing options.

What methods of shipping do you provide?

We offer 2 options for shipping:

  1. Standard Air Mail Approx. 7-10 business days for delivery.
  2. Courier Express Approx. 2-5 business days for delivery.

We ship worldwide with Australian Post.

When starting with the check out process, you would be given the option to choose which shipping option you prefer.

Do you sell the "UGG Australia" sheepskin boots?

We get this question regularly and the answer is NO! We sell our own products, manufactured here in Melbourne, Australia by Binder Productions Pty Ltd. We are not affiliated to the US company that own the UGG Australia brand - called Deckers. The word Ug,Ugh,Ugg has been associated with a style (not brand)of footwear for many years in Australia so you will find many people advertising ug,ugg or ugh boots. The word ugg is found in the Macquarie Dictionary. Most of the UGG AustraliaTM production occurs in China and not in Australia.

What labeling and tags do your boots carry?

All of our Ugg boots have a label on the back of the heel except for the Kids and Slippers Range as it does not fit on the heel support. They also have a sewn on tag on the side "Made in Australia". All our products come with the "Made in Australia" tag as well as the manufacturers tags. They are shipped with original tags and labels.

You can rest assure you are purchasing original top quality sheepskin boots and other products, which have been registered and trademarked in the state of Victoria, Australia.
